VILLA DETAILS

Comfortably furnished with everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Fully air conditioned with a games room and  south facing pool. Our Villa sleeps up to 10 persons consisting of 1 Master with ensuite, 1 Queen(4th bedroom) with adjacent shower cubicle, WC and basin. The two Twin bedrooms , one with PS2 share an adjacent bathroom with shower over bath, WC and Basin. The fourth bedroom is accessible from the pool area to provide toilet and shower facilities directly from the pool.

Also with additional family room and dining area, providing ample space for 2 families sharing without feeling overcrowded. For peace of mind we have an experienced and reliable management team.  With the managers living on Southern Dunes, who can assist with any enquiries during your stay and can be contacted in an emergency 24hrs a day.

The Villa is professionally cleaned and maintained before and after each let. All bed, linen and house towels are provided with the exception of pool/beach towels.  FREE highchair and cot.  A telephone enables free local calls and international by credit card. Smoke detectors are situated in all rooms.

MASTER BEDROOM/ENSUITE

Has cable TV, Walk in closet, large ensuite consisting of a bath, toilet, large walk in shower cubicle, 2 hand basins, telephone socket.

FAMILY ROOM

This room is a spacious comfortable room with 2 sofas, patio doors looking out onto the pool and deck area.

It has cable TV, DVD/VCR player, CD player, with books and assorted films.  With wi fi internet connection. Also a nook area which has a dining table for four over looking the pool area.

KITCHEN

Light and spacious open plan design allowing everyone to feel part of the family. Fully equiped including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, coffee machine and juicer and all home from home needs to enjoy your food. The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

POOL

Fully screened south facing pool with optional heating (recommended for winter). The large extended covered sun deck and dining area consisting of table and chairs offering shade for outdoor dining and loungers on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. All doors leading out onto the pool area are alarmed.

GAMES ROOM

Newly furnished consisting of pool table, foosball table, air hockey table. Fun for all the family to enjoy
